Montroyal Powder Room & Foyer

This powder room and foyer reno in North Vancouver boasts a floating vanity and mirror, custom nickel finishes and a light/bright feel. This North Van family got exactly what they wanted for their dream powder room.

This North Van powder room was dated and dark before we started this reno. Being a small area, there was huge potential to increase the useful space in the vanity. With two fully useable horseshoe shaped drawers, we gave the clients the space they never knew they had.

Also replaced was a the door to the entry closet and we did that by swapping a mirrored bypass door with a bi-fold door. This allowed the clients to access the entire space when the door was open.

The floor was swapped from an unstable and dark slate to a clean and bright large format porcelain tile.
